Terms of Service

CustomsEZ provides tools for customs declaration preparation, including:

• Excel-to-flat-file conversion for Dubai Trade (Mirsal II)
• HS code validation and search
• Import permit requirement detection
• Vehicle declaration flat file generation
• AI-powered classification validation

The service is provided as a tool to assist with customs compliance. Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy of their customs declarations.

Some features require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

CustomsEZ offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Elite). Paid subscriptions are billed annually. All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

All content, software, and technology comprising CustomsEZ are owned by Dimensions GoOrder Technology FZE LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your uploaded data remains your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. HS code databases and permit requirements are updated periodically but may not reflect the most recent regulatory changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Dimensions GoOrder Technology FZE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Customs penalties resulting from incorrect declarations
• Delays in customs clearance
• Loss of business or profits
• Data loss or corruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
